The RAF Ladies Development Squad (LDS) has been created in order to support the RAF Ladies Representative Squad. Enquiries are welcomed from anyone wishing to get involved in a backroom staff capacity (additional duty / voluntary). Positions include admin support, therapists and coaches. Potential coaches should ideally hold a minimum of a level 2 qualification although level 1 coaches will be considered. Staff will be mentored and developed with the potential for promotion within the RAF football representative teams.
