Exciting LGBT Opportunity

The RAF FA has funding for 1 place on the Stonewall Leadership Programme for an exceptional member of the RAF Football LGBT community.  Stonewall’s flagship programme is a 2-day residential event for senior LGBT people to explore authentic and inclusive leadership. In return for attendance on this course, the selected individual will be invited to join the RAF FA’s Inclusivity Advisory Group, to help the RAF FA:

• Advance equality of opportunity for all groups, as well as having a focus on the protected characteristics. 

• Foster good relationships across all RAF units, so that football can be used to create positive sporting opportunities and increase participation for all. 

• Eliminate unlawful discrimination, bullying, harassment and victimisation, and any form of abuse directed at specific groups.
