Highlights:
- All UEFA C and B licence courses for the upcoming 2023-2024 season are now available for application

All learners will need an FA Account/ FA Number (FAN), if you have ever completed an FA course, played affiliated football or purchased England tickets it is likely that you already have an account. Introduction to Coaching Football

The Introduction to Coaching Football (I2CF) replaced the FA Level 1 in Coaching Football Course in 2021. The new I2CF course is delivered fully online and centrally by England Football Learning. The course consists of a mix of online click-through courses and webinars. You can find a list of currently available courses on the above course page, when booking your course you must make sure you can attend all 3 webinar dates for your specific course.
Important Information
- Before you can book onto this course you must first complete the FA Safeguarding Children Course (£30) and the FA Introduction to First Aid in Football Course (£30).
- Both courses are completed online and can be completed in your own time at anytime
- Previously these courses were included in the I2CF however ahead of the new season these have been decoupled and the price of the I2CF has been adjusted to reflect this
- When booking your course please ensure you select RAF FA as your County FA
- Qualifies for Standard Learning Credits, please liaise with your Station Learning Centre for details on how to apply and ensure you meet the criteria
- It is recommended that you complete the Free online EE Playmaker by England Football prior to completing the I2CF

The UEFA C replaced the FA Level 2 in Coaching Football in 2022. The new UEFA C course is now managed and delivered centrally by England Football Learning. For the 2023-2024 season all courses are open for application until Friday 28 July 2023. RAF Learners have 2 options in 2023-2024:
- You have completed Introduction to Coaching Football or The FA Level 1 in Coaching Football
- You have valid Introduction to First Aid in Football (previously known as FA Emergency Aid) and Safeguarding Children Course (previously known as Safeguarding Children Workshop) qualifications
- You must be able to attend all course dates for the course you are applying for
- Those coaching within RAF Football will be prioritised on the Armed Forces Course
- As a part of the continued drive to diversity the football workforce England Football Learning offer a number of fully-funded places for the UEFA C. To find out more about the fully-funded places and apply please visit the following LINK

Armed Forces UEFA C Licence
England Football Learning are running a closed UEFA C course for Armed Forces personel in the 2023-2024 season. The application for this course is separate to the above civilian courses, you can find the application link below.

Important Information
As places on this course are extremely limited, you must meet the following criteria to enrol:
- 28th September (evening)
- You must be actively coaching a group of players who regularly undertake training and play in organised or competitive fixtures. This is crucial, so you can be assessed on the key elements of the course and be eligible to complete the qualification
- You must be coaching within 50 miles of the course you’re enrolling on. Our Coach Developers may be required to travel to visit you during the course, so it’s important you’re within close travelling distance
- This criteria does not apply for the Armed Forces UEFA B, however you must be a serving member of the Armed Forces to apply through this route

The UEFA B Licence is now managed and delivered centrally by England Football Learning. For the 2023-2024 season all courses are open for application until Friday 28 July 2023. In the 2023-2024 season there is no specific Armed Forces Course, if you would like to apply for a course you must apply for a course local to your teams location.
Important Information
As places on this course are extremely limited, you must meet the following criteria to enrol:
- Completed the UEFA C Licence / 1st4sport Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Football / The FA Level 2 in Coaching Football course
- Completed the Introduction to First Aid in Football (in-date)
- Complete the Safeguarding Children Course (in-date)
- Be actively coaching a team in a season-long competition in England
- Be able to effectively communicate in English (this includes listening, speaking, reading and writing)
- Be able to attend all course dates
- Qualifies for Standard Learning Credits, please liaise with your Station Learning Centre for details on how to apply and ensure you meet the criteria
