Coaches
Get involved in coaching in the RAF
Developing players in the raf and local communities
Through our Football Development Team, including our County Coach Developer, Tutors and FA Coach Mentors, we're dedicated to supporting and enabling coaching development and opportunities to all military personnel.
Becoming a coach will help you in your primary military role through developing leadership and communication skills whilst helping players at all levels of the game improve their football ability. Many RAF coaches become involved with Station and Representative teams whilst many also become involved with junior and adult teams within their local community.
Can you lead a group of players to play the game in the right way?

With coach educations courses ranging from the introductory course you need to start out, to the qualifications you need to work with semi-professional players, we've got it all.
But it's not all about progression. Development is key.
If you're looking to improve in certain areas of the game, or simply looking to top-up your existing knowledge, our free Continued Professional Development (CPD) workshops are a must.
